Object of the contract
These conditions govern the purchase of products made on the site between the Customer and the Seller. They are an integral part of the contract and are deemed accepted by the Customer when the order is submitted.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is considered concluded at the moment in which the Seller sends the Customer the order confirmation to the email address provided. Any orders without a confirmation of acceptance are not binding for the Seller.
Prices and availability
Prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euro and include statutory taxes. Any shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout. Product availability is checked at the time of order.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products. For operational details please consult the "Returns and Refunds" page.
Statutory warranty of conformity
Products sold are covered by the statutory 24-month warranty of conformity provided by artt. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
Competent jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
Online dispute resolution (ODR)
Pursuant to art. 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013, the consumer may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
