This page describes how to exercise the right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of amounts paid for purchases made on the site.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Customer must send specific communication to the Seller via email or PEC, indicating the order details and the products subject to withdrawal. They will then have to return the products following the instructions they will receive.
Return terms
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, intact, complete with all accessories and original packaging.
State of returned product
Products must be returned intact, never used or used solely to verify their nature and operation, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except for different agreement or product non-conformity.
Refund methods
The refund of amounts paid will take place within 14 days of receipt of the products, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases: custom-made or personalized products, perishable products, sealed products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons, goods whose price depends on market fluctuations.
Defective products
In the case of products that show conformity defects, the Customer is entitled, under the legal warranty, to repair or replacement of the goods or, alternatively, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
